Good Friends, Good Times and Gratitude

This week was JAM PACKED with good times and wonderful friends, happy memories and meaningful conversations, and I am absolutely filled with gratitude for all of it!

The pictures say a thousand words.

First there was the PERFECTLY MAGNIFICENT dinner with our "Ray Chew Family" in celebration of amazing journeys...  I truly love and appreciate every one of these beautiful people.  I am in awe when I consider how Blessed I am to know them, let alone to consider them among my family of friends.  Thank you to Ray Chew for so many extraordinary opportunities and to this incredible team with whom we stood through some of my life's greatest and most poignant adventures, including prime time hit television shows, the 2008 Democratic National Convention (and its worldwide audience) and the historic inaugural ball of President Barack Obama.

Then there was the flight to L.A. and the reunion of sorts with several other original cast members of "The Singing Bee."  It's been almost seven years since we were all on that show together.  We had an absolutely wonderful time in L.A. reminiscing and sharing some of our life journeys since then.  This is a truly special group of people that I am so Blessed to know.  It was a phenomenal experience doing that show, and we all share the unique bond of having been there with each other through it.

Then there was Russell's birthday dinner.  The warm love of family makes my heart smile.  It's overwhelming to consider the lifetimes' worth of cherished memories together.

Also this week, I met some genuinely lovely new people.  I caught up with other old friends and strengthened bonds with new ones.  It's perfectly Heavenly, peacefully reassuring and so inspiring to remember the Blessings that come in the form of all of the beautiful people we know and to remember that the world is indeed a majestic place filled with amazing people, amazing Love.
